Personal Data Deletion
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right at any time to request the deletion of personal data that Claimvu holds about you.
What data is concerned
Deletion covers all data associated with your Claimvu account, including:
- Your identification information (name, email address, login credentials)
- Data retrieved through your Facebook / Meta connection (Page identifiers, publication metadata, statistics)
- Your activity history on the platform
How to request deletion
Send a request by email to the following address:
dpo@claimvu.com
Subject: Request for data deletion — Claimvu
Include in your message:
- The email address associated with your Claimvu account
- The name of the connected Facebook Page, if applicable
- Your explicit confirmation of the deletion request
Processing time
Your request will be processed within a maximum of 30 days from receipt, in accordance with Article 12 of the GDPR. A written confirmation will be sent to you once the deletion is complete.
Revoking Meta authorizations
You can also revoke the authorizations granted to Claimvu at any time directly from your Facebook settings:
Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites > Claimvu > Remove
This action immediately stops Claimvu access to your Meta data, but does not automatically delete data already stored in our database. To do so, please send us a request at the address above.
